Wall hanging

This wall hanging, created during the Peabody Essex Museum's ECHO (Education through Cultural and Historical Organizations) 2005 Artist Exchange by Marques Marzan, combines cornhusks, coconut fiber, feathers, kapa and cotton thread in a form that references Yup`ik Alaskan masks.  The materials are from Hawai`i and Massachusetts.  copyright © Dan Gair
